- We provide renovation, handyman, electrical works, air-conditioning installation, and related services in Singapore.
- The scope of work, timeline, and cost will be agreed upon with you in writing (via quotation, invoice, or service agreement) before commencement.
2. Quotations & Payment
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Payment terms will be specified in the invoice/quotation. We accept multiple payment methods.
- A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance payable upon completion (unless otherwise agreed).
- Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for us to deliver our services.
- Ensure that the site/property is accessible and safe for our team to perform the agreed work.
- Obtain any necessary permits, approvals, or permissions required for renovation work, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has commenced.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed at our sole discretion, depending on the stage of work and expenses incurred.
5. Warranty & Liability
- We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care.
- Warranty for workmanship (if any) will be specified in your quotation/agreement.
- We are not liable for:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or modifications made by you or third parties.
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supply shortages, government restrictions, weather).
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned by or licensed to MMH Renovation. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without prior written consent.
7. Privacy
- Your use of our services and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data in compliance with Singapore’s PDPA.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
